HOW IT WORKS:

1. Sign up to interview for the position. A resume and cover letter are required.
2. Click on Submit to instantly record your answers to pre-set interview questions using your computer and webcam, or your mobile device. Or, go to your digital interview email confirmation and click on the Start Interview or Practice button.
3. Before you click the Start Interview button, click on the "What is this? Watch a video!" button to see a review of the process. And, don't forget to do a practice run before you start your interview!
4. The interview should take about 30 minutes.
5. The Seattle Mariners will review your responses and contact you about next steps.
